I had the privilege of participating as a judge and keynote speaker at an event in Guatemala, aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs and small business owners. Over the course of two years, participants went through various stages, including workshops, courses, and boot camps, designed to enhance their business skills. In the final stage, these talented women presented their marketing pitches to a panel of judges, where I had the honor of evaluating their work. The finalists were awarded an advertising campaign to support their businesses, and the experience culminated in a closing event where I delivered a keynote speech, celebrating their achievements and entrepreneurial spirit.
